Fit & Happy's boot camps for women are fun outdoor exercise sessions suitable for ladies of all ages and levels of fitness. There are 2 sessions held every morning from Monday - Thursday in the Meadows.
Clients can book 1 - 4 sessions per week for 6 weeks.
